Is the app free?

Yes. The Plante Jardins Verticais app is completely free for end customers and visitors. Advanced management features (quotes, invoicing, factory ordering) are exclusive to authorized resellers with an active subscription.

How do I become a Plante reseller?

Plante Jardins is a network of territorial resellers. To apply, reach us via the WhatsApp above or by email. We select resellers based on region (no territorial overlap) and landscaping experience.

How does AR measurement work?

The app uses your iPhone camera (with an A12 chip or newer) and Apple's ARKit technology to measure the wall where the vertical garden will be installed. Just point the camera, tap the corners of the wall and the app automatically calculates the area. No tape measure needed.

Does the AI need internet?

The botanical curation uses on-device Apple Intelligence whenever possible (no internet needed, processed right on the iPhone). If it fails, it falls back to Gemini with internet. No personal data is sent outside.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We follow "on-device first" principles and minimal data collection. See our full Privacy Policy.

Does the app work on iPad?

Yes. Plante Jardins Verticais is universal (iPhone + iPad). AR measurement works on both, with better accuracy on iPad Pro models with LiDAR.

How do I report a bug?

Use the WhatsApp above and describe the problem. If possible, attach a screenshot. We reply within 4h on business days.

Can I request a new feature?

Yes! Your suggestions feed our roadmap. Send them by email with the subject "Suggestion". We review them every week.

Technical Support
