This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your data, in compliance with the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and with the Apple App Tracking guidelines.

  1. Minimal collection: we only ask for what is essential to deliver the service
  2. On-device first: everything that can stay on your iPhone stays on your iPhone
  3. No data selling: we never sell, rent or assign your data to third parties

3. What we collect and why

3.1 Data that stays only on your iPhone

This data never touches Plante servers. If you uninstall the app, it is deleted by iOS.

3.2 Data synced via your Apple ID iCloud

Plante has no access to your iCloud. This data stays in your Apple account.

3.3 Data sent to the Plante Public CloudKit

Each permission is contextual opt-in — we only ask when you actively use the feature.

You can revoke any permission at any time in Settings → Plante Jardins Verticais.

You have the right to: confirmation, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing and revocation of consent.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "LGPD — [Your Right]". Response time: up to 15 business days.

When you choose to use automation features, the app may integrate with external services. Below we list each integration, what is shared and how to revoke it.

8.1 eWeLink (Sonoff) — irrigation and sensor automation

The Plante Jardins Verticais app connects to your eWeLink account via standard OAuth 2.0. Authorization happens on the official eWeLink site — the app never asks for or stores your eWeLink password.
