This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your data, in compliance with the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and with the Apple App Tracking guidelines.
2. Principles
- Minimal collection: we only ask for what is essential to deliver the service
- On-device first: everything that can stay on your iPhone stays on your iPhone
- No data selling: we never sell, rent or assign your data to third parties
3. What we collect and why
3.1 Data that stays only on your iPhone
- AR measurements (wall width × height) — calculated locally via ARKit
- Before/after photos of the project — stored in the app's Documents
- Settings — local UserDefaults
- Integration tokens — biometric Keychain, encrypted
3.2 Data synced via your Apple ID iCloud
- Quotes you create
- Project portfolio you register
- Inventory
3.3 Data sent to the Plante Public CloudKit
- Customer leads when someone fills out the form on the site
- Only: name, phone, city, approximate area, chosen standard
- Exclusive purpose: routing the lead to the correct territorial reseller
3.4 Data we do NOT collect
- Your iPhone contact list
- Your location history
- Your calendar events
- Browsing history
- Data from other apps
- Advertising tracking identifiers
4. iPhone permissions
Each permission is contextual opt-in — we only ask when you actively use the feature.

You can revoke any permission at any time in Settings → Plante Jardins Verticais.
5. Your rights (LGPD Art. 18)
You have the right to: confirmation, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing and revocation of consent.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "LGPD — [Your Right]". Response time: up to 15 business days.
6. Cookies and tracking (site)
- Essential cookies (language preference, session) — not trackable
- No Google Analytics
- No Facebook Pixel
- No retargeting cookies
- No third-party trackers
7. Security
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3
- Encryption at rest: AES-256 (Keychain) and automatic iCloud encryption
- Biometric access (Face ID / Touch ID) protects sensitive tokens
- No passwords on the server: local authentication via Sign in with Apple
8. Third-party integrations
When you choose to use automation features, the app may integrate with external services. Below we list each integration, what is shared and how to revoke it.
8.1 eWeLink (Sonoff) — irrigation and sensor automation
The Plante Jardins Verticais app connects to your eWeLink account via standard OAuth 2.0. Authorization happens on the official eWeLink site — the app never asks for or stores your eWeLink password.
What we store locally on your iPhone:
- eWeLink access token (encrypted in the Keychain).
- List of devices linked to your account — only those used by the app.
What we do NOT store or share:
- Your eWeLink password (authorization goes directly through the official site).
- Data from other applications linked to the same eWeLink account.
- Device usage history for marketing or analytics purposes.
How to revoke: at any time, in the app (Settings → Automation → Disconnect eWeLink) or in the panel web.ewelink.cc → Profile → Authorized apps. Full technical details at eWeLink Integration.
