What makes a planter "high-performance"
- Fiber, not ordinary material. Durability is far greater than that of conventional pots.
- Immune to sea air. In Fortaleza, salty air wears down whatever sits on the facade. Fiber does not suffer from it.
- 30-liter reservoir (15 liters in the 50 cm planters). The water is stored right next to the roots.
- Substrate that retains moisture. Together with the reservoir, it keeps plants hydrated for up to 10 days without watering.

Why some planters are shorter
The planters follow the standard sizes in Plante's line (see the models in planters). The 50 cm ones are shorter so they can follow the curves of the building layout.
Why this matters on a tall facade
Planters on a tall facade are hard to water and maintain. With 10 days of autonomy, the maintenance routine no longer depends on watering every day, and the building stays green even in busy weeks. The fiber, immune to sea air, avoids early replacement of the pieces by the coast.
