2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including, without limitation, the source code, the code executed in the browser (even if obfuscated or minified), the software, the algorithms, the 3D configurator, the renderers, the artificial intelligence tools, the design, the visual identity, the texts, the project images, the projects, the P20R system and the trademarks — is the exclusive property of Plante Jardins ® or licensed to it, and is protected by:

Law No. 9,279/1996 (Industrial Property — registered trademark);
Law No. 9,610/1998 (Copyright — content, design and texts);
Law No. 9,609/1998 (Protection of Intellectual Property of Computer Software — software).

3. Permitted use

You may browse, view and use the tools on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, with the legitimate aim of learning about and contracting the products and services of Plante Jardins ®.

4. Prohibited conduct

Without prior written authorization from Plante Jardins ®, it is expressly forbidden to:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the code, the design or any content of the site;
Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, deobfuscation or any attempt to reconstruct the source code;
Extract data in an automated manner (scraping, unauthorized crawling, mirroring) or copy project images, texts and projects;
Use, integrate or consume the back-end APIs and services (including the AI tools) outside this site or in third-party products;
Reuse the visual identity, the trademark, the projects or the aesthetics of Plante Jardins ® on competing sites, proposals or materials;
Embed the site or its tools into another page (framing), resell or commercially exploit any resource;
Circumvent usage limits, security mechanisms or quota-protection mechanisms.

Violations will be investigated and held accountable under the law, including civil and criminal measures and compensation for losses and damages.

5. Artificial intelligence tools

The site offers AI tools — among them the Trevision assistant, the "See it on your wall" render and video generation. By using them, you acknowledge that:

They are provided "as is", for illustrative and general guidance purposes — AI can make mistakes and does not replace the assessment of a Plante specialist;
The generated images and videos are simulations, do not represent an executive project nor guarantee an identical result;
The results may contain a Plante Jardins ® watermark and may not be used commercially by third parties;
Use is subject to daily limits and responsible use; abusive use may be blocked.

6. Service and quotes

Contact via WhatsApp and the forms serve for customer service. There are no prices or estimates on the site: every quote is personalized according to region, size and characteristics of the project, and any information exchanged does not constitute a binding offer until a proposal is formalized.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plante Jardins ® shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its tools.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date indicated above.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Eusébio/CE are elected to settle any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
