Before anything else

Water security is life.

Every vertical garden requires continuous water availability. Before any intervention, notify the responsible Plante reseller, the end client and — where applicable — the building maintenance department. Plante does not authorize prolonged shutdowns without prior notice.

Mandatory intervention protocol
  1. Switch off the main circuit breaker of the Plante Health panel
  2. Confirm zero voltage with a multimeter at the power terminals
  3. Photograph the original state of the panel (Plante forensic record)
  4. Log the intervention in the Plante app via the equipment QR code
  5. For corporate systems, open a work order with the facilities team
System philosophy

Plante's canonical panel.

The Atlas System is the Plante factory standard for vertical gardens from 5 m² up. Curated by the technical team and named after the titan who holds up the sky — because it is what holds up the entire Plante Health operation. It combines the Sonoff 4ch Pro controller (4 zones in a single box), native Zigbee 3.0, the MS01 soil sensor and the Sonoff Hydro ONE for pressure and flow, with 100% Apple Home integration in the Plante Jardins app.

When the garden needs water autonomy (no public supply nearby), use the Boréas System (with reservoir). When there is a zone restriction and control must be solenoid-only with a gutter, use the Ceres System. Refer to the technical document for each line.

Service model

A curated stack — no improvising.

The Atlas System is delivered with a standardized Plante BOM. Every project is installed and commissioned by the accredited regional reseller under the supervision of the Plante technical team. The warranty depends on the integrity of the original stack — unauthorized replacements void coverage.

Rain sensor

Automatically pauses watering when it detects rain. It can cut water consumption by up to 30% in climates with a wet season.

Additional flow sensor

Detects leaks, clogs and stuck valves in real time. Push alerts in the Plante app. Recommended for projects above 50 m².

HomePod as hub

Voice commands (Hey Siri) + Matter/Thread bridge. Integrates the garden with the rest of the smart home without depending on the cloud.

Electrical backup

Dedicated sine-wave UPS for the Atlas panel + critical valves. Keeps the system running during public grid outages.

Project procedure

How to hire.

  1. Initial contact through the regional Plante reseller or the head office WhatsApp
  2. Joint technical visit (Plante + reseller) for the site survey
  3. Electrical/hydraulic detailed design signed by the responsible engineer
  4. Detailed quote with schedule and a Plante Health BOM specific to the project
  5. Execution monitored by a Plante representative through to commissioning
  6. Technical handover with training for the client's maintenance team
  7. Monthly Plante Care maintenance plan (separate from the supply contract)
When the problem persists

Plante 24-hour technical support.

Plante maintains a tiered SLA of up to 7 business days for a technical visit, with a direct channel for territorial resellers. Before reaching out, have the Sonoff 4ch controller ID, a photo of the Plante panel, the project address and — if possible — the alert log from the Plante app. These elements make up the forensic package for the call.

Warranty conditional on the integrated system The Plante warranty is valid exclusively when the garden keeps every original component specified by the Plante factory. Unauthorized replacements void coverage. If in doubt, consult the regional Plante reseller before the intervention.
